IP67 Ingress Protection, waterprrof and dustproof, adaptable to complex outdoor environment.
During the brewing process in winery, the fermented wine needs to be put into the retort pot for fermentation. In the past, distilleries used to fill the retort pots according to the weight of the raw materials, but due to environmental influences such as climate and temperature, changes in density always happened which caused the raw materials failed to completely fill the retort pots, and often resulting in manual filling by hand. To solve this problem, Richbeam launched a volume measurement and detection module, which utilizes the LiDAR scanning principle and high-precision to detect the volume of stacked materials, Significantly reducing manual work and effectively improving the efficiency of brewing processes in distilleries.
The Stack Volume Measurement Module is a set of intelligent volume measurement system designed and developed by Richbeam. The system consists of three parts: Lakibeam series LiDAR, PTZ and HD camera. The system mainly utilizes the 270° scanning angle of LIDAR and 270° vertically rotatating angle of PTZ, completes the 3D point cloud for reconstruction, and finally transmits to user's monitoring center via Ethernet.
Lakibeam series LiDAR range up to 50m, scanning at 30Hz with the precision of the PTZ to realize the stack volume measurement of distilleries.

IP67 Ingress Protection, waterprrof and dustproof, adaptable to complex outdoor environment.
With edge gateway, equipment can realize remote monitor, real-time alarm, information upload and other functions which need remote control.
Height measurement program can be deployed directly into the SoC of LiDAR, saving hardware costs.
The retort pot equipment does not need to be moved, when the PTZ is rotating in the vertical direction, the size of the volume can be obtained.
