The intelligent real-time monitoring system uses LiDAR technology to continuously measure under bridges, tunnels and overpasses. When a vehicle exceeding the preset height threshold approaches within 100 meters, the system will issue an audible and visual warning within 0.5 seconds, providing advance collision prevention before the vehicle enters the restricted area. Operational data will be recorded and used to submit compliance reports to the Ministry of Transport.

Equipment Assembly

The LiDAR is vertically mounted on a solar monitoring pole, with a height-restriction guardrail positioned 3 meters in front of the pole. As vehicles pass by, the LiDAR scans and calculates their height in real time. If the detected height exceeds the pre-set maximum, the height restriction system immediately triggers an alarm.
