Who Are We

Richbeam (formerly known as Yinbing Technology) was founded in 2016 and is an integrated LiDAR solutions provider.
Based on nearly 20 years of scientific research experience in top universities, the founding team of Tsinghua background is committed to the R&D of integrated LiDAR.  Richbeam has successively developed 16-unit and 32-unit integrated optical transmitter chips. This integrated LiDAR can be widely used in areas such as Autonomous Driving, Smart Transportation, Robotics, Industrial Automation, Smart Home and other fields. Currently Richbeam has served more than 100 companies and has applied for more than 50 patents.

Core Team
  • Jin Yuanhao
    Chief scientist Jin Yuanhao graduated from Tsinghua University with a Ph.D. degree，worked in Tsinghua-Foxconn nanotechnology center and was responsible for the R&D of laser optoelectronic products. He has participated in many major national research projects and consumer laser photoelectron R&D projects. The related products in charge of invention and designhave achievedmass production, and obtained more than 100 invention patents in the United States, Japan, Chinese mainland and ChinaTaiwan.
  • Jiang Bo
    CEO Jiang Bo graduated from Tsinghua University with a master's degree. He once worked in the CETC(China Electronics Technology Group Corporation)and Chinese Academy of Sciences, responsible for the design and R&D of laser sensors and other products. He has participated in major national projects such as Spaceborne LiDAR, Shenzhou-8 Rendezvous and Docking LiDAR, Jade Rabbit Lunar Rovernavigation and obstacle avoidance laser sensor. Jiang Bo has rich experience in aerospace and military sensor design, R&D and manufacturing.
  • Zhao Zhongyao
    CTO Zhao Zhongyao graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology and worked in Beijing Sincoheren S&T Development Co., Ltd, andwas responsible for the design and development of various laser products and corresponding software development. He has won award in the National Smart Car Competition and served as the head of the National Smart Car Competition Laboratory. He has rich experience in the development of smart car systems, laser product manufacturing, and software and hardware design and development experience.
